Peter Elliott has been in the construction specifications industry since 1989 and has owned his own sales agency in Colorado since 1994, offering personal and high quality construction product sales and services in the Rocky Mountain region. Elliott Associates specializes in products, systems and solutions for the doors and hardware; glass products & panel systems; building specialties & interiors; and the kitchen & bath construction areas. Peter Elliott, CSI, CCPR
Peter Elliott has been in the construction specifications industry for more than two decades and has owned his own sales agency in Colorado since 1994, offering personal and high quality construction product sales and services throughout the Rocky Mountain region.
Whether working with architects, engineers, building owners or general contractors Peter is able to deliver personal and specific product application information. His knowledge of the construction industry and building needs makes him a full-service partner for the clients he serves and the manufacturers he represents.
Peter received his BA from the University of Colorado Boulder and is a Certified Construction Product Representative (CCPR) by The Construction Specifications Institute.
Professional affiliations include terms as president for both the Denver Chapter of the Construction Specification Institute (CSI) and the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the Door and Hardware Institute (DHI).
He is an avid outdoor enthusiast spending time in the mountains year-round as well as coaching competitive youth soccer.
End-user Sales Associate
Clients have come to rely on Kevin for his dedicated customer support and in-depth technical understanding of Elliott Associates products. For over a decade, he has managed the company’s always growing installed end-user base and has given new meaning to the term “service after the sale”. Always accessible and on-call, Kevin handles his responsibilities with a professional and in-depth aptitude focused on long-term customer satisfaction.
Kevin also provides support to the distribution and dealer channels routinely conducting product training and factory certification classes.
A true road warrior, Kevin can be found canvassing the sales territory from El Paso, TX to the Canadian Border and from the Wasatch Front to the Missouri River. He is a Don Clark Memorial Award recipient for the “Hardest Working Rep in the Business” and enjoys motorsports and fitness training.
As an All-American alpine ski racer at the University of Colorado—Boulder, Matt knows how to set and achieve goals. Since joining the firm in 2006 he has applied the same dedicated approach from the race course to his role at Elliott Associates and has established himself as a top-tier architectural product representative. With a positive can-do approach, Matt partners with his clients to help them realize their project vision and insure that the products are applied and installed in a compliant and sustainable manner.
His technical acumen in building sciences and specifically rainscreen and building membrane systems has garnered him a legion of dedicated clients. He is a member of the Building Enclosure Council (BEC) and is accredited to deliver the entire portfolio of Elliott Associates AIA/CES Education Programs to design professionals.
A graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder, Matt can still be founding charging hard on the ski slopes and spending quality time in the Colorado outdoors.
Inside Sales and Estimator
As a daughter of one of the most respected Architectural Hardware Consultants (AHC) in the region, Renee’s indoctrination into the door and hardware industry began at a very young age. Formally, however it began in 1996 in the contract hardware department of one of Colorado’s largest commercial distributors. Since joining Elliott Associates in 1999, her duties have included estimating, project management and inside sales support. Through her experience working on the distribution side of the business, Renee has been a valuable asset to Elliott Associates. Her duties include heavy day-to-day contact with distribution and the execution of contract quotations including product take-offs, pricing and proposals. Renee handles customer service and performs a number of inside sales roles, including training and technical support for many of the principals’ web-based software tools.
Renee has Associate Degrees in Architectural Drafting from North Dakota State College of Science and Sales and Marketing from Minnesota State Community and Technology College. She has also completed numerous manufacturers’ certification classes. Renee is married and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Karen’s long tenure at Elliott Associates continues to insure a smooth running business operation. This vital member of the team enjoys fitness training and family adventures.
